     The machine is mainly composed of rotating column, floating-style pressed wheels, wheel-conditioning components, installation base, control box etc. The column adopts processed  rectangular tubes, equipped with rails on both sides, and fixed on the rotary supporting frame. On the top of the column is the lifting mechanism. The worm wheel, worm reducer and screw   are driven by the motor, one end of the screw is connected with the guiding device of floating compaction wheel, and the others side is fixed on the lead screw.Floating compaction wheel-driven device used in sizing blocks sliding structure, and its role is to ensure the flexibility and stability of the upper and lower lifting on the floating compaction wheel. Connection between the column and the base is a rotary bearing, so that column can be used for ± 180 ° rotation. Floating compaction wheel adopts manual adjustment, when the long pipe was put into the wheel rack, by adjusting the floating compaction wheel, you can make it clamping the long pipe. Then start the start button on the control box, you can make the workpiece rotating, and the speed can be adjusted as needed.
