1、PPAW05 Pinch type Welding Rotator
1.1 Main Description
Pinch type welding rotator is mainly composed of column, floating-style pressed wheels, wheels rotating system and control box. On the top of the column is the lifting mechanism. Floating compaction wheel-driven device used in sizing blocks sliding structure, and its role is to ensure the flexibility and stability of the upper and lower lifting on the floating compaction wheel. Column can be used for ± 180 ° rotation. Floating compaction wheel adopts manual adjustment, when the pipe was put into the wheel rack, by adjusting the floating compaction wheel, you can make it clamping the pipe.

2 SHB-10 Height Adjustable Welding Positioner and SHQ-1 Manipulator
2.1 Main introduction
The height adjustable welding positioner is composed of table revolving system, table overturning system, electrical control and base.The rotating speed is adjusted by VFD. The tilting angle of table is 0～90°.
Manipulator is composed of column, boom, elevating device and electrical control box. Elevating device of boom is fixed on the top of column.The directional block base of boom adopts eccentric shaft structure, to assure the ability and stability of cross beam’s horizontal expansion and elevation on column. Column and base is connected by one slewing bearing to make the column rotate ±180°. The horizontal expansion of boom is manual adjustment, cross micro-adjusting device at the head of boom, which is responsible for making welding wire at the center of welding seam.

4.1 Main Instruction
GGLJ-2000 pipe rotator is designed and produced specially according to head and pipe welding.The pressing rollers move up and down to make adjusting by driving of screw elevating system. The pressing roller is with micro adjusting system. by manual adjusting to get right position, so as to protect the pipe with thin thickness become deformed when pressing. The overturning system adopts gear driving and the turning angle is ±45°. the pipe rotation speed changed by VFD. The roller material is 45# steel, with quenching and embossed surface.
