H-beam Flange Straightening Machine Structure principle:
H beam flange plate straightening machine working principle : two upper straightening roller press two side edge of the flange plate, one bottom roller support the center of the flange plate , control the upper rollers to press the deformed flange plate that reach to line position.
H Beam flange plate straightening machine is composed of main machine, roller conveyor and electrical control system. The H beam straightening machine is composed of base bed, upper frame(upper straightening roller mechanism, web plate guiding device, H beam transmission mechanism).
The base bed、the upper machine frame and input/output transmission tables are welded by plate and channel section steel, and then do the process of welded stress relief.
Upper straightening roller is the main part for doing straightening work, it is composed of upper press roller, straightening shaft, shaft box, down press screw-bar, bevel gear and motor speed reducer. The material of upper roller is 35CrMo, the wear resistance has been improved after the process of heat treatment and grinding. The contact part, where the bottom of the screw-bar and the shaft box, is sphere structure. It can avoid the influence of shaft box to the screw-bar.
Web guide wheels can position the H-beam so that the H-beam is in the center of the main drive roller.
Upper frames moving device is a manual screw mechanism. It can adjust the distance of the two parts according to the H-beam flange plate size.
The main bottom roller part is driven by a AC motor with hardness gear reducer. The passive transmission roller transports the H Beam to the main machine.
The electric control system is composed of control box and operation box. The control box is installed on the upper frame. The electrical control system controls the forward/reverse turning of the main transmission motor and the straightening motor.
