Equipment introduction

The work is stable and reliable, and the welding torch is equipped with a tracking arc guide device, which can ensure the quality of spot welding.
I. Check before starting
1. The equipment operator should keep the man-machine relatively fixed, and the operator shall not operate and check on the machine
2. Before starting the machine, check whether the rotating parts and sliding parts of the machine are normal, and the places that need to be lubricated should be added frequently
There are no loose bolts and parts on the equipment.
3. Whether there are sundries on the host and conveying rollers that need to be removed.
4. Check whether the welding torch is firmly fixed, and check whether the oil level of the hydraulic oil tank is at the oil line position.
5. After the equipment inspection is completed, run the empty car first, and then proceed to the formal work when everything is normal.
II. Operating procedures
1. Turn on the main engine power and hydraulic power.
2. Lift the H-shaped steel wing plate into the front input roller table.
3. Activate the hydraulic clamping device of the wing plate, which can clamp the wing plate on the center line of the roller table, and then release the wing plate clamping button.
4. Lift the web into the center of the wing, clamp the web on the center line of the wing, and then release the web clamping button. Lift the web into the center of the flap, clamp the web on the centerline of the flap, and then release the web clamping button.
5. Press the "main roller advance" button to make the web of the wing plate advance at the same time, and then perform manual spot welding after alignment.
6. The operator adjusts the required current, voltage and machine running speed in time according to the thickness of different plates, and at the same time switches the "manual" state to the "automatic" state, and presses the welding start button.
